With comprehensive experience within a variety of organisations in the community sector, Tracy Columb has a passion for ensuring positive outcomes for all parts of the community, particularly in disadvantaged areas.
Prior to joining the QIP team, Tracy worked with The Smith Family for six years, firstly in the Volunteer Operations Centre then with the Communities for Children Facilitating Partner (CfC FP) project across the Brimbank municipality. These roles saw her support the Future Powered Families project and allowed her to work with VICSEG New Futures as a coordinator for numerous multicultural playgroups.
In Tracy’s current role as the QIP Senior Coordinator for QIP Community Services Accreditation, she is dedicated to assisting organisations to achieve accreditation to ensure their services are delivered to the highest standard to provide the best support possible for the most vulnerable in the community.
